The maps and the locations they were found in have been reorganized, but the pins that were placed on the maps have not had their locations changed in any way. In addition to this, the maps have been rearranged so that they follow the order in which they were originally presented. The vast majority of maps can now be found in the game on a different tier when they are first discovered in the game compared to where they were previously located on that tier.

Even though they were initially unlocked in Maps that have since been removed from the Atlas, Crafting Recipes can now be found in other Maps on the Atlas.
